From June 6 to 28, 2026, the artist JR transforms the Pont Neuf — the oldest bridge in Paris — into a monumental ephemeral cave. An inflatable, printed installation envelops the bridge and invites everyone to walk through an artistic tunnel right in the heart of the capital.
A tribute to the 40th anniversary of Christo and Jeanne-Claude's "Pont Neuf Wrapped" (1985), the artwork is set to an original soundtrack by Thomas Bangalter (formerly Daft Punk) and an augmented reality experience designed by Snap Inc.

Our pier is at the very foot of the Pont Neuf, on the Square du Vert Galant. Since 1959, the Vedettes du Pont Neuf have been gliding their boats beneath the central arch of the Pont Neuf dozens of times a day.
